Credit Request Form

Please ensure to EMAIL your sales representative a minimum of 5 pictures showing the damaged flowers along with the labels on the box. All stems for which you are requesting credit must be visible in the pictures. For instance, if you are requesting credit for 100 rose stems, we must receive pictures showing all 100 damaged stems. ACA reserves the right to approve or deny credit requests.


All credit requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the flowers arriving at their final airport destination for review. Submissions made after this 24-hour window will not be approved. Please retain all boxes and damaged flowers; do not discard anything until the credit request process is complete.
